At Mila’Si COUTURE Dubai, we cherish every bride who walks through our doors. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone, we kindly ask you to take note of our fitting policies:

First Fitting: Enjoy special discounts and a small gift during your very first fitting with us.
Please note that you can try on 5 dresses free of charge. Any additional dresses will incur a fee of 1% of the dress's price.

Second Fitting: Need more time to decide or choosing between a few dresses? We are delighted to welcome you for a second fitting. Our experienced stylists will be on hand to guide you and help you find the perfect dress.

Additional Fittings: For any further fittings beyond the second, we are happy to assist you for a nominal fee of 1% of the price of each dress tried on. However, if you decide to reserve a dress, this fitting fee will be fully waived. Please keep your receipt, as any previously paid fitting fee will be credited towards your dress if you return to reserve it later.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Mila'Si Couture Dubai, each gown is carefully selected and handled with exceptional attention to detail. Due to the nature of our products, the following policy applies:

1. Standard Purchases (No Alterations)

• Items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days from the date of purchase.
• The item must be:

* Unworn, unused, and in original condition
* With all original tags and packaging intact
* Accompanied by the original receipt

2. Altered & Customized Dresses
 Any dress that has undergone alterations, tailoring, or customization is strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

3. Sale & Promotional Items
All items purchased under Sale / Super Sale / Promotional offers are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

4. Defective Items

• In the rare case of a manufacturing defect, clients must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item.
• The item will be inspected, and an appropriate solution (repair, replacement, or refund) will be offered in accordance with UAE Consumer Protection regulations.

5. Reservation Policy

• Dresses may be reserved with a minimum 80% deposit.
• Deposits are non-refundable.

6. Storage Policy

• Complimentary storage is provided for up to 2 months from the date of purchase.
• After this period, a storage fee of 150 AED per item / per month applies.

7. Service Fee
For couture and premium dresses starting from 15,000 AED, a service fee for fitting may apply.
